Banana Vitamina

Vitaminas are fruit juices made with milk. A cup of any type of fresh or frozen fruit can be used or combined. You can use whole, low-fat, nonfat or soy milk.
Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled, cut into four pieces, frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Instructions
- Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until it forms a smooth liquid.
- Pour into glasses and add ice cubes to taste.
