Tzatziki

Tzatziki is a sauce (or dip) made from yogurt, garlic, cucumber, olive oil and mint.
Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup plain yogurt 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut it into small slices.
- Put the cucumber slices in the food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until smooth.
- Spoon the tzatziki into a bowl, cover, and chill it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Serves 4.
