Criminal Science that is! Based on the fascinating and revealing forensic sciences that have been putting criminals behind bars for years, this quiz goes where the TV shows wouldn't dare - real-life applications.
Each month, we'll ask your classroom five questions about crime scenes, their investigations and forensic science. One winner will be randomly drawn from all qualified submissions. And, you'll have a great starting point for classroom discussions about history, the sciences, government and more. All of the questions in this quiz are based on Lucent Books' Crime Scene Investigation series, but can be answered without the books. Good luck.

"This Quiz is Criminal" Rules and Eligibility
Each month Gale will award a prize to one qualifying institution via a random drawing. To qualify, an entry must meet the following criteria:
- Entries must contain valid teacher/librarian name, school or library location and valid e-mail address
- Enter as many times as you like. Each entry must include teacher's name. Do not include students' names.
- Only one winning entry per institution
- Winners will be notified by telephone by their Gale Sales Representative
- Drawing open only to U.S. schools
- Prizes are not awarded to individuals, only to qualifying institutions/classrooms
The winning schools will be listed on galeschools.com the following month.
