Funding priorities are determined by a periodic assessment of needs and opportunities in the field of education. Current priorities are to enhance academic performance and prospects for life achievement of students at the secondary school level, to develop the abilities of promising high potential youth, and to support high quality education for young people in business and entrepreneurship. In addition, the foundation supports successful efforts based in public and alternative school settings to enhance teacher training, improve school structure and operations, and advance school reform efforts. Giving on a national basis; no grants are awarded to individuals.
