A is for Author and Artist VisitsA is for Author and Artist VisitsA is for Author and Artist Visits

S is for Sleeping Bear Press
Sleeping Bear Press' authors and illustrators visited more than 600 schools and libraries in 2002. At Sleeping Bear Press, we know how important it is for children to meet and work first-hand with artists and writers. This hands-on experience leaves a lasting, invaluable impression, since children are able to meet the artists who created the books they read and enjoy.

I is for Interested
If your school, library or organization is interested in hosting one of our authors or illustrators, please contact Sleeping Bear Press, 1-800-487-2323, or email schoolvisits@gale.com. We can coordinate the promotional aspects of these events - as well as explain the way each individual artist arranges their visit. If you have any questions or seek more information, contact us directly at Sleeping Bear Press. Thank you for your interest in Sleeping Bear Press and for supporting our talented authors and illustrators.

G is for Guides
Visit www.sleepingbearpress.com to download one of the many free teachers' guides providing even more fun activities for promoting literacy. This is our way of thanking the education community for supporting our authors and illustrators.
